She is a Managing Partner. She has over 15 years experiences in accounting, auditing, internal controls and financial management for several organizations including Manufacturing, Import and Trading in numerous roles.

Mr. Kyaw Swar Aung is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and graduate of the Yangon Institute of Economics, majoring in Commerce. He brings over 19 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, internal controls, and valuation across multiple industries, including hotels and tourism, manufacturing, trading, microfinance, and banking.

Beyond his extensive professional career, Mr. Kyaw Swar Aung has actively contributed to knowledge sharing and capacity building. He serves as an Invited Lecturer at Excellent Choice Institute of Finance and Management and has conducted programs as the Lead Trainer in Training of TAP, supporting the growth and development of professionals in the accounting and auditing field.

Ms. Thinzar Nwe is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a graduate of Monywa Institute of Economics with a major in Commerce.

She is the Engagement Partner of the firm, bringing over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and internal controls. Her professional background includes work with Win Thin and Associates Audit Firm, as well as significant experience in INGOs, NGOs, manufacturing, trading, and the local banking sector.

Phyu Khyne Soe (Miss)

Master of Banking and Finance

Phyu Khyne Soe (Miss) obtained her CPA qualification in Myanmar and graduated from the Yangon Institute of Economics with a major in Commerce. She also holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the Yangon University of Economics. Additionally, she earned a Diploma in Business Law from Yangon University.

She is currently providing auditing and accounting services to various industries in compliance with International Accounting Standards (IASs) and International Auditing Standards (ISAs), following the guidelines of the Myanmar Accountancy Council and related laws.

She has 12 years of experience in auditing and accounting in both Myanmar and Singapore. She previously served as an Audit Manager at Deloitte Myanmar and Myanmar Awba Group and has also worked as an accountant in various companies in Myanmar.

Throughout her career, she has collaborated with numerous Myanmar corporations and multinational companies across diverse industry sectors.

Her expertise includes financial reporting, preparation of accounts across multiple sectors, statutory audits, management audits, and audits of internal controls.
